aaj ek hasta huaa masoom chehra dekha ,
baag raha thaa , khel raha thaa , sabhi ko kr raha thaa andekha ,
usmein mujhe aaj apni chavi nazar aa gyi ,
aaj mujhe mere bachpan ki yaad aa gyi .

maa uski bahut pyr se use dular rahi thi ,
use dhoor jata dekh , daant kr use apne paas bulaa rahi thi ,
us gussal awaaz mein b us k pyar ki mamta nazar mujhe aa gyi ,
aaj mujhe mere bachpan ki yaad aa gyi .

vo pita us k bachpan ko ek reel mein piroo rahe thai ,
bache mein ache sanskaaro ka vo beej ( sead) boo rahe Thai ,
bache ko dekh kr pita ki aankhein kushi k aansu jalkaa gyi ,
aaj mujhe mere bachpan ki yaad aa gyi .

ek saamanay varg ka parivaar hokr b vo sabse dhani Thai ,

The Lightening Night

Last night , I was on the terrace , standing alone . The wind was blowing  . The whole silence was broken by the plastic drum rolling here and there by the wind   . it was almost a dark . In the sky the bunch of stars were partially covered by the clouds . I saw two stars , they were closely attached . one of them was shining more than the other . They were looking like cool buddies . I started talking with the shinning star .
Me : hey , you are looking too cool .
star : thanks , what are you doing here alone?
Me : nothing , just came to enjoy my own company .
star : don't u have any friend ?
Me : yes , I have many ... but sometimes , I want some time for myself ..
star : ohh dats  cool .....
Me : the star who is standing besides you , is he your friend ??
star : yes , he is my best friend ..
Me : I thought of the same , but I had a doubt , so I wanted to clear it ..
star : OK
Me: you both appear at the same time and disappear too .You both are perfect example of best buddies .
We both chit chatted the whole night ..
suddenly I asked one thing , u both r best friends .. so why are you shinning more than him ??
He became silent .... After sometime he broke his silence and he lifted me up . I was on his lap . I was surprised to see that his best buddy was far way from him  and he was crying like hell .This was the reason behind his shinning .
Me : hey , are you OK ?
star : no , I am not .
Me : what happened ?
star : there was a problem between my friend and me.
Me : what ? .. but u both are looking  happy from the earth ...
star : from d distance , u assume that , we both are the best of buddies. No 1 is like us, but only I know that what is going on between us .
That was the moment I realised that like us, elememts of nature also go through the same ups and downs .
we cry , they cry
we smile , they smile
we fight , they fight
but it depends all upon us as to how we handle our relations and pass over every obstacle that comes in between us ..
one more thing the star taught me was that no matter what problems we are in , we all have the ability to shine and shine and shine....
